Considered the hottest chili in the world, the naga jolokia has tested out at more than 1 million Scoville heat units, almost twice as hot as the Red Savina Habanero. The naga jolokia is also called bih jolokia, bhut jolokia, naga morich, and dorset naga. It's also sometimes called the Ghost Pepper.
Jolokia is popularly used to spike a tomato salsa, spice up a stew, and in a variety of condiments and sauces to add flavor.
